Terms of ServiceUpon reading this you agree to the following terms when purchasing a commission from. This form is subject to change.

  • I, as the artist, have the right to decline a commission request.

  • I hold the rights to post the work I have made unless explicitly requested not to by the commissioner.

  • I hold the rights to record or stream the process of these images within the guidelines of the service I am using.

  • I will disclose the reason as to why I’ve declined the commission request if necessary.

You, as the commissioner, are allowed to use the work under the following guidelines:

  • You can use the artwork for social media use such as video thumbnails, emoticons, avatars (profile or server), and apply to fanart or character galleries.

  • If it is a gift for someone, they are also allowed to use the work within the aforementioned guidelines.

  • VTubers are allowed to monetize their video content if it has a model or emotes I’ve made. Official merch may require further conversation.

  • You cannot resell, repost without a tag or link to me, edit, steal, trace, or use the work in an NFT or AI diffusion tools.

  • If a commission gets to the point where I've made several edits in the process (10+), I have the right to cancel the commission and issue you a refund.

  • You, as the commissioner, must contact me before issuing a refund regardless of reason. I don’t mind issuing a refund, I would like to know about it before it is issued.

  • Refunds will not be issued if the piece is half finished.

For NSFW commissions: You must be 18 in order to order one in compliance with International and Federal Law regarding exposing minors to pornographic content.A thorough description is most helpful, especially if it comes with scribbles to help further explain things. You do not have to be “good at art” to get the point across and I highly recommend creating scribbled references accompanied with text so I can understand your vision.I will do what I can in order to keep up with the commissions and advertise when slots are open. If things get busy, I will announce it or message you personally.Please do not be vague with your commission requests.
Requested characters must be of legal age (18+) for anything NSFW related.If you do not respond in a week’s time after a work in progress has been sent your way, I will continue with the commission without altering a detail.*Additionally, if you stop responding entirely, I will cancel the commission and issue a refund.Regarding adoptables: One-off designs can be used however you like. If a character is part of a species, and you have been removed from the group in question, I politely ask you to change the design entirely as I do not want to be associated with it in any way, shape, or form to avoid drama.

  • +Character: +50% base price (per character)

  • Add in another character into the image. The more friends the merrier!

  • Complex design: +5

  • If the character has a lot of markings, colours, or complicated attire, there will be an additional charge due to the extra amount of time required to make the image.

  • Simple background: +5

  • The background can be a simple gradient with sparkles or simple shapes set in a way that matches the character's aesthetics and personality.

  • Complex background: +10*

  • Backgrounds involving actual sceneries will take longer to do such as landscapes. The base price addition is at 10 but may cost more if it takes more time than expected.

  • Pixel art minor animation: +10*

  • Pixel arts can have simple animations such as a small bounce, glow, or blink for an added charge. Currently, the only other advanced animations I can offer (with a likely higher charge than 10) involve moving parts or small elemental effects like breathing a flame.

  • Blacklight Effect (not avatar): +20

  • Apply a blacklight effect to the drawing to give the piece a more unique look.

  • Other Effect not listed: +???

  • I'm more than happy to add in an effect or combination of things that may not be listed here. Please let me know what it is and we'll talk it over. If I cannot do that, I'll let you know but for most things, my answer is "I will try"!

  • Your-Character-Here (YCHs): These are available whenever posted on an art media platform on their own specified price labels.
